UPDATE – Exhibitor Policies due to COVID-19

UPDATE: The safety and well-being of our members, exhibitors and attendees is of utmost importance to the National Apartment Association (NAA). We continue to move forward responsibly with Apartmentalize, scheduled for June 17 – 19, 2020 in Boston; however, as of March 23, 2020, we have updated our cancellation policies for exhibitors who need to cancel their exhibit booth, registration badges or hotel rooms because of COVID-19 related business issues.

  • Exhibit Booths - Our updated policy now allows Exhibitors the option to cancel exhibit space and transfer their 2020 exhibit booth to Apartmentalize in Chicago, June 16 – 18, 2021, at no additional cost. If that is not preferable, Exhibitors may receive a refund (processed within 60-90 days) for their cancellation, less a 25% administrative fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to NAA Show Management at [email protected] by May 24, 2020.
  • Exhibitor Registration Badges - Our updated policy now allows full conference exhibitors and booth personnel the option to transfer their 2020 registration to Apartmentalize in Chicago, June 16-18, 2021, at no additional cost. If that is not preferable, full conference exhibitor registrations may receive a refund for their cancellation, less a $75 administrative fee, however there will be no refunds for booth personnel registrations. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Spargo (NAA’s Registration & Housing Bureau) at [email protected].
  • Exhibitor Hotel Rooms - Our updated policy has extended the date that reservations are due to Monday, April 20. Your rooming list must be entered to the NAA Housing Website and any rooms that do not have names, dates and room types attached to them by 5pm EDT on April 20, 2020 will be released from your block and made available to sale to the general public. All reservations require full-payment of one (1) night’s room and tax deposit for each room within your block. The deposit payment will not be charged for cancellations prior to April 20, 2020, but is 100% non-refundable after this date. Housing questions should be directed to [email protected].

Booths may be purchased in increments of 10’x10’/100 sq.ft. of space.
