with NAA

NAA Global Partners

The National Apartment Association (NAA) recognizes the need to form alliances with global organizations that share our goal of providing quality rental housing.

Since 2003, NAA has been conducting outreach to rental housing operators in Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The outreach has included attending international real estate conferences as well as direct contact with individuals involved in the rental housing industry.

NAA has established a Global Outreach Committee that meets three times a year: Advocate in March, Apartmentalize in June, and Assembly of Delegates in November.  If you are interested in participating, please contact Ron Skinner, Vice President of Business Development at NAA.

NAA’s Global Partners

United Kingdom Apartment Association

NAA recognized the increasing levels of activity in the UK Build-to-Rent market from many parties – government, investors, operators and, above all, residents who want to rent purpose-built homes from professional property managers. UKAA was launched in 2016 in response to the need for a single unifying body for the Build-to-Rent sector.

UKAA is a Global Alliance Partner of NAA. NAA offers a wealth of experience and expertise to UKAA in the rental housing sector that their association can learn from and leverage. Learn More.

Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations

The Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA) represents the owners and managers of almost one million residential rental suites in Canada, through 11 associations across Canada and direct property manager memberships.

In May 2018, CFAA and NAA united in a joint venture that was designed to promote professionalism in rental housing through educational and promotional material that NAA provides to CFAA members.

As part of the new joint venture, NAA exhibited at CFAA’s annual conference last May and participated in an educational session to present U.S. property management economic research and review the benefits we offer to CFAA members.
