With the ever-burgeoning global economy, the National Apartment Association recognizes the need to partner with international organizations that share our goal to provide quality rental housing. More domestic companies are investing overseas and, likewise, international companies are investing in the U.S.
In this vein, NAA participates in several meetings a year that involve key players in the international real estate community. Recent meetings include:
- Managing Build to Rent/PRS, The U.S. Experience, London, England
- Danish Property Federation
- European Property Federation
- MIPIM, The World’s Property Market, Cannes, France
- Expo Real, Munich, Germany
We also work with Real Capital Analytics to utilize their online platform which tracks the flow of capital internationally.
NAA has an International Committee that meets three times a year, at the NAA Advocate in March, the NAA Apartmentalize in June, and the NAA Assembly of Delegates in November. If you are interested in participating, please contact NAA President & CEO Robert Pinnegar.
