2021 NAA Excellence Awards

Each year, NAA's Excellence Awards, or Excels, recognize excellence and leadership in the rental housing industry. Excels celebrate communities, industry professionals and affiliated apartment associations who make unique contributions to the industry. For the winners, receiving an Excels award represents milestones and outstanding achievement.

The Diversity & Inclusion Award represents the very best organizations that have contributed significantly in advancing diversity and inclusiveness within their organization. This award recognizes the initiatives, policies and practices of organizations that embrace diversity and inclusion across the rental housing industry.
