A paper on best practices for controlling bed bugs in multi-family housing. Published in February 2010 by the National Center for Healthy Housing and funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Pesticide Programs.

Evicting Unwanted Residents: Bed Bugs

The attached white paper was a joint effort between NAA and Orkin, and includes sections about the responsibility, treatment and prevention in the multifamily industry. 

Bed Bugs Are Back: Are We Ready?

The attached file is a research report by Woodgreen Community Services, in Toronto, Canada. The goal of this report is  to inform and shape public policy, government responses, and community strategies aimed at implementing effective bed bug interventions that prevent uncontrolled outbreaks.

Comprehensive Global Bed Bug Study of 2010

The National Pest Management Association and the University of Kentucky surveyed U.S. and international pest management companies about the state of the bed bug resurgence in 2010. At the time of publication, it was believed to be the most detailed portrait of the bed bug resurgence available.

NAA Bed Bugs Brochures

NAA has prepared two educational brochures on bed bugs to assist multifamily housing stakeholders in efforts to identify, prevent and eradicate bed bugs and bed bug infestations. The first document is intended for property owners and managers, and the second is intended for apartment residents.
