All Concierge Committee volunteers are committed to:

• Volunteering for at least one (1) shift during Apartmentalize
• Attending the Concierge Committee Pre-Conference Webinar
• Wearing the Concierge Committee t-shirt (provided by NAA)

All volunteers must be…

• A resident of the state in which the conference is being held.
• A non-supplier member of the local affiliate in good standing. Suppliers are not permitted to volunteer.
• A registered conference attendee. Volunteering without registering for the conference is not permitted.

Time shift selection will be available online. Shift selection will open on May 13, 2024 to all volunteers. You will receive an email with further instructions when shift selection opens. When selecting your shift, you’ll be asked to provide your full name, email address and cell phone number where we can reach you if needed on the day of your shift. All shifts are first-come, first-served.

Yes! There will be a pre-conference webinar at 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday, June 4 that all volunteers are required to attend. We’ll cover details about the conference and important information about volunteering. The session will be recorded for those volunteers that cannot attend.
