Full Registration Includes

Full payment by credit card must accompany your registration. Registrants authorize NAA to charge their credit card the total payment and acknowledge there are no refunds after February 10, 2017.

Only NAA members in good standing will receive the published NAA member rate. The non-member rate will be applied to registrations that do not include an NAA member number. If you have questions regarding your member status, please contact NAA’s Membership department at 703-518-6141 ext. 695.

All cancellations and refunds are subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received by December 16, 2016 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory administrative fee. Cancellations received by February 10, 2017 will receive a 50% refund (administrative fee not applied). No refunds will be permitted after February 10, 2017. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Liz Grier.

All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by February 10, 2017 and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. All requests for substitutions should be sent to Liz Grier.

Any badges that need to be reprinted for any reason will be charged a mandatory $50 fee. No exceptions.

Badges and other registration materials will not be distributed to any registrant that has not paid in full.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted in the NAA Exposition.

NAA reserves the right to review all conference registrations. If NAA identifies your company as a non-exhibiting supplier, you will be notified and required to register as a non-exhibiting supplier registration at $1,099. Any supplier not signed up to exhibit, but would still like to attend the conference and exposition will need to register as non-exhibiting suppliers.
