Introducing the National Lease Program Webinar!
Join the National Lease program staff the last Wednesday of every month for instructional Webinars. Each Webinar will feature a 30-minute tutorial instructing the user how to integrate the lease program and Blue Moon with existing property management software. Webinars will include the history of the lease program, the benefits and value to using the program, participating states and a listing of companies currently using the lease. They also include step-by-step instructions on how to customize and manage the lease based on specific community requirements.
At the end of each Webinar, Shari Taylor, Director of Operations for Blue Moon, and Michael Semko, VP and Legal Counsel for the National Lease Program, will moderate an interactive question-and-answer session.

Rhode Island Added to NAA Lease Program
The National Lease Program now offers comprehensive residential leasing forms for the state of Rhode Island. The National Lease and addenda distributed by Blue Moon Software are the most widely used residential leasing forms in the country. The National Lease was reviewed by Rhode Island attorney James P. Creighton.
Forms Online Tutorial Launched
The National Lease Program and Blue Moon Software are pleased to announce the release of our new Forms Online tutorial. The tutorial is a valuable training tool showing how to use the online forms processor. The tutorial consists of seven training modules that take less than thirty minutes to review. Great New Pennsylvania Lease Resource for Residents and Owners
Pennsylvania Lease Program Users now have an in indispensable instructional tool to assist in the management of their National Leasing Forms with the new PA Landlord/Tenant Lease & Law Handbook. The Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia put together this must-have reference guide for all leasing agents, managers, rental owners, judges and anyone involved in the business of renting multi-family housing.
The NAA/PA lease agreement has been painstakingly written in the clearest possible language. But all parties who use it need to have as much knowledge as possible about its requirements and restrictions. Additionally judges who routinely hear landlord/tenant cases need a reliable source of information when adjudicating disputes. So the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia has published a user-friendly Pennsylvania Landlord/Tenant Lease and Law Handbook. The Handbook contains explanations of every NAA/PA lease clause, pertinent law, common issues and tips on how to avoid problems. Every Magisterial District Judge in Pennsylvania will be receiving a complimentary copy.
