Apartments.com Promotes New Website in National Ad Campaign

Apartments.com is rolling out a yearlong $100 million TV, print and social media ad campaign starring actor Jeff Goldblum to promote its redesigned website. The campaign, which has the tagline “Change your apartment. Change the world,” aims to reach 95 percent of 18- to 49-years-olds and boost Apartments.com website traffic.

Goldblum plays Brad Bellflower, a tongue-in-cheek Silicon Valley tech entrepreneur, in the campaign. The first TV ad ran during an episode of “The Walking Dead,” and Brad Bellflower will be featured on Facebook and Twitter, posters and various transit ads across the country. Some metro markets will also see customized local radio, TV and outdoor advertising.

The redesign of the Apartments.com website includes the addition of custom search filters, a commute planning tool and more specific neighborhood information.
