NAA's joint advertising campaign with NMHC dominated Washington, D.C. print and online political media during the NAA Capitol Conference (March 11) and Lobby Day (March 12) this week.
The campaign to generate a positive public policy environment culminated with full-page ads in Roll Call on March 11 and 12 and back-page premium placement in The Hill on March 12. The campaign also took over the online front pages of both publications on March 12. The high-impact online visuals included campaign digital ads as well as art from the www.WeAreApartments.org website. Digital ads also ran on Congressional Quarterly’s website.
In addition, NAA and NMHC’s campaign had a strong presence on WAMU Radio (public radio station) with underwriter messages stating “Apartments and their residents contribute $1 trillion to the economy supporting 25 million jobs.”
