The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) announced Dec. 23 that it would again postpone the implementation of its “poster rule” from Jan. 31 until April 30 in response to a request from the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
During a Dec. 19 hearing, the judge advised the NLRB to postpone the rule, or it would be prohibited from enforcing the change. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers are challenging the rule.
