Drexel University has established an advisory board to provide industry support to its Property Management program. The board’s goal is to create awareness for the program. Mike Beirne, Executive Vice President of the Kamson Corporation, was named Chair and John Kelly, Director of Management for Brandywine Realty Trust, was named Vice Chair.
Drexel is the first accredited university offering residential and commercial property management degrees at the graduate and undergraduate levels. The programs were launched in 2009. Bachelor of Science and Master’s of Science degrees in Property Management, as well as undergraduate credit certificates in Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management, are available. A concentration in Affordable Housing Administration is available. The programs are offered in an accelerated Saturday format and through online learning.
