Thank You Notes Go a Long Way
Management Insider
Some properties spend a lot of money on fancy marketing schemes, but Jasmine Brooks, Marketing Manager for Tribridge Residential, Atlanta, swears by one very simple and affordable marketing tool: thank-you notes.
“It’s how you initiate a strong, positive relationship,” Brooks says, adding that every resident in her community receives a gift and a thank you note upon moving in.
“In a time when everything is digital, that’s how you’re going to make an impact on a resident.”
Brooks was inspired to write thank-you notes after noticing how many the community received from its residents.
Tribridge Residential keeps a book filled with notes from happy residents expressing gratitude for everything from events hosted on the property to speedy maintenance jobs.
“Why not reciprocate?” Brooks asks. “Why not give back to the residents what they give to us?” — NAA’s Ali McSherry
