NAA/NMHC Supports Building Code Scholarship Program

To support our efforts in the building codes arena, NAA/NMHC has made a donation to the International Code Council (ICC) Foundation for its scholarship program. The program makes it possible for local code officials who could not otherwise afford it to attend code development hearings.
In a press release announcing the contribution, NAA/NMHC’s Vice President of Building Codes Ron Nickson noted that “we feel it is critical that code officials be given every chance to attend the development hearings and to vote on proposed changes. We are happy to be part of a program that makes that possible.”
