2012 Megan McCadden Leadership Lyceum Scholarship Awarded to Marysa Raymond 

Marysa Raymond, Regional Manager, Riverstone Residential Group, and President of the Charleston Apartment Association (CAA) will be awarded the Megan McCadden Leadership Lyceum Scholarship at NAA’s Assembly of Delegates in November 2011 in Atlanta.

Raymond has held leadership roles as Secretary of CAA’s Board of Directors, overseeing the Charleston Cares Committee (CAA’s charitable arm) and ultimately President of the association.

Raymond was instrumental in assisting her local affiliate to fight both a public nuisance and illegal alien ordinance. For the past two years, her affiliate has sponsored the local Chamber of Commerce’s annual legislative reception and this year, for the first time, will host a PAC event to benefit the NAA PAC.

NAA’s Leadership Lyceum works to identify and develop a well-informed and highly motivated group of emerging multifamily housing leaders; people with a broad-based vision for, and strong commitment to the mission and strategic objectives of the NAA and its affiliated associations.
