Political Insider
The IRS on July 14 issued Notice 2011-60, which suspended certain income and non-transient requirements for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties in areas of North Dakota impacted by severe flooding to allow those properties to temporarily provide vacant units to displaced storm victims. Rent restrictions still apply. Information is available in the IRS Notice.
