NAA/NMHC have produced a new pro-apartment ad with the theme “Sometimes Living the Dream Means Rethinking It.”
The ad uses visuals contrasting suburban sprawl with a pedestrian-friendly apartment community to show how the American Dream is evolving as a result of changing demographics and new consumer thinking following the single-family housing bust.
Free to choose housing that best suits their lifestyles, millions are choosing apartments. The ad argues for a balanced housing policy that gives Americans the options they want.
NAA/NMHC are running the ad in publications targeting members of Congress.
