1. Sell Your Residents’ Demographic Buying Power. Marketers are willing to pay for solid leads based on consumer demographics. For many apartment communities, the residents are the customers that retailers would love to reach. How about offering your residents a discount on their rent if they are willing to be “sold to” by other companies and marketers?
2. Corporate-Sponsored Business Centers. Professional sports teams are willing to have their venues sponsored. Take, for instance, the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Sell branding opportunities in your business office, such as screensavers with the Dell computer logo or sponsored mouse pads.
3. Be Like NASCAR. No, really. NASCAR is a business leader when it comes to creating opportunities to get in front of their audience. Read about what marketing ideas they have used to get their well-identified audience demographic in front of marketers.
