Riverstone Residential Group promoted Dave Denslow to Senior Vice President of National Maintenance and Purchasing. Denslow is responsible for Riverstone’s regional maintenance programs, national maintenance strategies and initiatives, and national maintenance supplier partnerships. Denslow has 14 years’ industry experience in maintenance, capital and renovations and has worked for four years at Riverstone.
Pappas Properties, a Charlotte-based developer of residential, retail and mixed-use properties, hired Thomas A. Martin as Vice President of Property Management. Martin previously operated the Santana Row mixed-use development in San Jose, Calif., for Federal Property Trust.
The Dolben Company, a Boston-based real estate company providing management, marketing and brokerage services, hired Tim Bostrom and Derek Olszanowski as Regional Property Managers. Bostrom joins the company from Maloney Properties, where he was a Senior Property Manager. Olszanowski previously was an Asset Manager for Columbia National Real Estate Finance, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of more than 100 multifamily, office, retail and flex properties.
