The NAA National Lease Program generates a lease about every second.
Participation in NAA’s National Lease Program reached all-time highs in site license sales and renewals in January 2011. The program recorded a record 2,936,000 total lease page clicks in the month, with more than 300 site license sales and 400 site license renewals.
More than 150 of the site licenses sold in January were to communities owned and managed by Riverstone Residential Group and Buckingham Companies.
“It just makes so much sense to use this lease,” says Riverstone Residential Group Executive Vice President Maitri Johnson, CAPS. “You have the comfort of knowing that the lease document is fully accepted in a court of law, and you get all the benefits of technology with a process that is more efficient and costs less to manage at the onsite level.”
The previous record was set in January 2010 at 187 site licenses sales, 386 site license renewals and 2,727,000 total clicks. More than 1,200 communities joined the National Lease Program in 2010.
The National Lease Program is a powerful and easy-to-use leasing technology system that allows an apartment community to save time and money by speeding up the preparation and printing of legal documents. The lease and accompanying addenda cover every aspect of the rental process and are reviewed by expert attorneys to ensure compliance with state laws and local regulations, including those in California.
