Phillip Bogucki joined AZUMA Leasing as Vice President of Sales. The Austin, Texas-based company leases washers, dryers and refrigerators to apartment communities and their residents in 48 U.S. markets. Bogucki is a 19-year veteran of this specialized segment of the leasing industry. He served most recently as an executive with Boston-based Mac-Gray.

Laura Khouri was appointed President of Western National Property Management, the property management arm of Western National Group. Khouri manages more than 22,750 units within 155 communities located throughout California, Arizona and Utah. Khouri joined Western National Group in 1985.

Megan Scruggs was promoted to Director of Real Estate Management Services for Alliance Association Management, an Associa Company, based in Austin.

Pinnacle named Deanne Davis Vice President of Compliance and Internal Audit. She is based in Orlando, Fla., and will oversee Crest Compliance and internal audit. Davis previously was Executive Vice President of Compliance for Riverstone Residential.
