NAA Past chairman of the Board Tom Shelton, CAPS, CPM, has combined with real estate veterans Vicki Allison and Pam Shelton to form Allison-Shelton Real Estate Services, based in Phoenix. All serve as Principals for the full-service real estate organization focusing on the management and leasing of residential real estate throughout the southwestern and western United States.
NAA Chairman of the Board in 2003, Tom Shelton most recently served as President of Western National Property Management, a division of Western National Group located in Irvine, Calif., where he supervised a portfolio of 24,000 units in three western states. Prior to his move to California, he worked 27 years in Phoenix and served as Regional Partner for Greystar Real Estate Partners.
Allison, currently President of Phoenix-based Allison Real Estate Services, has been active in the apartment business since 1979. She joined the Phoenix management and development firm of Bernard/Finney as Financial Vice President in 1986 and became an owner of the firm upon its name change to Bernard/ Allison Management Services in 1999. She directed the firm’s management of 20,000 units in a seven-state area.
Pam Shelton entered the industry more than 20 years ago and has
managed apartment portfolios, headed apartment community marketing efforts, directed rental housing print advertising at the Arizona Republic daily newspaper and served as Publisher for For Rent Magazine in the Phoenix market.
