A coalition headed by the U.S. Green Building Council released on April 29 a report detailing the “existing authorities” and appropriations in place throughout the federal government to promote a green building agenda.
According to the report, the Obama Administration can use over 30 existing federal programs worth $72 billion to enhance efficiency in multifamily housing properties with no new legislation.
