Riverstone Residential Group named 25-year industry veteran Patricia Bowen Vice President of Compliance Services. Bowen will oversee Tax Credit Compliance, HUD Bond programs and other Affordable Housing programs. Bowen previously worked 14 years at AIMCO, most recently as its Vice President of Compliance.
Stacey Lecocke joined Phoenix Property Company in Dallas as Vice President. Lecocke will head its student housing operations.
Home Properties named Bernard J. Quinn Senior Vice President, Property Management Operations. Quinn joined Home Properties in September 1997 and most recently was Vice President, Property Management.
ARA Finance appointed Tom MacManus as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for its multifamily housing lending platform strategic development, which provides services through Apartment Realty Advisors’ 19 nationwide offices. McManus previously served as Executive Vice President and head of New York City-based Cushman & Wakefield.
Apartment Internet Listing Site MyNewPlace named Steven S. Pollock as Vice President of Product Management. Pollock is responsible for product strategy, product marketing and day-to-day management of its consumer and multifamily housing products.
For Rent Media Solutions promoted Wendy Froehlich to Assistant Vice President of Marketing. Froehlich, who joined For Rent in February 2006, has nearly 20 years of marketing experience and was instrumental in the re-branding of the company into what is now known as For Rent Media Solutions.
Greg Signer joined Pinnacle as Vice President of Operations for its East Region. Headquartered in Maitland, Fla., Signer is responsible for the oversight of existing owned assets, new developments and new business development. Signer previously worked as Vice President of Operations with Alliance Residential.
Pinnacle promoted Julie Johnson, currently Senior Investment Manager in the Minneapolis office with a portfolio of 3,000 apartments, to Vice President. She will oversee the Great Lakes Region, which includes 7,500 apartments in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Chris Anderson has joined its Minneapolis office as Investment Manager. Anderson’s background includes managing expansive apartment portfolios on a regional level and as an industry supplier.
Valet Waste named Deborah Estebon as Regional Sales Executive in the Northeast Region. Estebon has worked in the industry for seven years.
