Riverstone Residential Group named 21-year industry veteran Terry Danner as President. Danner will report to Walt Smith, Riverstone’s Chief Executive Officer, and oversee Riverstone’s property operations while Smith directs the global operations, business strategy and board of director efforts for the organization. Division Presidents for property operations in each region will report to Danner, who previously served as Riverstone’s Chief Administrative Officer.
Cindy Pfeifer was named President of Atlanta-based multifamily housing firm Lane Company. Founder George Lane retains the position of CEO and Chairman of the Board. Pfeifer consulted with Lane Company for several months before accepting the post. She most recently was Chief Operating Officer/Chief Investment Officer of Place Properties.
Michael Flanigan joined Balfour Beatty Construction as sector leader for the firm’s Multi-Unit Housing Division.

Revenue management software provider The Rainmaker Group named Larry Bellack, CAS, Vice President of Multifamily Sales. Bellack previously held executive sales positions with RealPage, AZUMA Leasing and Sears and is a past Chairman of the National Suppliers Council (NSC).
