ista Expands Scope

ista NORTH AMERICA, a provider of submetering and utility expense management services in North America, announced Feb. 8 its plans to transform into a customer-centric energy management organization through office expansion and the addition of Certified Energy Managers to its team. In mid-March, it plans to open offices in San Diego, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Fla., and Alpharetta, Ga. Each office focuses on the products, regulatory issues and customer needs within its respective time zone.
