- ListServ—communicate with IRO peers from across the country \
- Rental Owners Course (ROC)—provides detailed fundamentals in property management procedures and guidelines
- IRO Resource Guide—annual hard copy guide (also available online) that provides industry information
- IROC Manual—provides a step-by-step guide to developing and sustaining an Independent Rental Owner Committee (IROC) on a local or state level
- Blue Moon Lease—available through most local affiliates, it keeps IROs up to date on their lease terms and addenda
2010 NAA IROC Chairman Greg Guerrero states: “The NAA IROC has worked extremely hard over the past year to ensure that NAA enhanced the services it provides its small, medium and large independent owners. We are excited about the increase in
programming this year and see the additional services as real value-added benefits for our IRO members.”
NAA would like to thank the 2010 IRO Program sponsors: DIY Real Estate Solutions (www.diyresolutions.com) and Rentals.com (www.rentals.com) for their support.
