Intuit Renamed MRI Software 

Vista Equity Partners, a software-focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of the Intuit Real Estate Solutions (IRES) business from Intuit. IRES, a software provider of property management, accounting and investment management solutions to the global real estate industry, has subsequently changed its name to MRI Software. MRI will operate as a stand-alone company and will continue to be based in Cleveland. As part of the January transaction, David Post was named Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Bill Roselli was named Chief Financial Officer.
