Alliance residential company has opened regional offices in the Pacific Northwest and central Florida. Alliance’s portfolio of seven communities in greater Seattle is overseen by Vice President of Operations Christy Throm, who also will be responsible for the Portland market, where Alliance is scheduled to open Broadstone Enso in March 2010.
Alliance’s Southeastern presence—which currently includes six properties in Atlanta and the Beach House in Jacksonville, Fla.—has expanded to Orlando. The new regional office is the base of operations for Greg Signer, Vice President of Operations.
