BRE Properties appointed Todd Katler as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Katler, a past NAA National Suppliers Council Chair, is responsible for sales management, enterprise-wide and community-level marketing programs and the company’s centralized customer service center. He joins BRE from Level One, where he was Vice President, Business Development, since 2007.
Dave Schwehm was promoted to Vice President Community Solutions at Time Warner Cable. He is the primary executive on the corporate marketing team charged with developing and guiding the strategy and performances for the MDU and direct sales channels. Schwehm has been with Time Warner Cable for more than 25 years and serves on NAA’s National Suppliers Council Executive Committee.
Western National Property Management, the multifamily management division of Western National Group, appointed Mark McElvain, CPM, as Regional Vice President of Property Management for its Arizona office. McElvain will be responsible for overseeing and managing properties throughout Arizona and Southern California. Mark McElvain joined Western National Property Management in 2004 as a Regional Vice President at the firm’s corporate headquarters.
Jaime Miles joined Drucker & Falk as Director of Multifamily Management in Charlotte, N.C. She is responsible for its multifamily housing management operations in Western North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Miles previously served as Property Manager, Regional Property Manager and Senior Regional Manager with Bell Partners, Lane Company and RAM Partners.
SureDeposit named three new regional marketing directors: Lisa Bernal-Haney, Diane Bouse, CAS, and Helen McMahon. Bernal-Haney is based in Houston and is responsible for sales and customer service in the south central United States. She most recently worked for Rent.com. Bouse is Regional Marketing Director for the state of Florida. She previously was a Regional Sales Manager for Resident Data in Florida and Alabama. McMahon is the Southwest Regional Marketing Director, leading sales and customer service efforts from Denver. She previously worked at Apartments.com.
Orion Real Estate Services hired Chad Christian as Regional Supervisor in Houston. Christian supervises a portfolio of tax-credit communities in the Houston metro area. He previously was Western Division Compliance Portfolio Manager for Riverstone Residential Group.
The Bainbridge Companies hired Seth Kalinsky as Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region and Jared Miller as Regional Vice President of Marketing. Kalinsky is responsible for all property operations in the Mid-Atlantic region, encompassing Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Miller is responsible for marketing, branding and online initiatives for Bainbridge’s growing management portfolio.
