Bell Partners, Greensboro, N.C., named Dhrubo Sircar its Chief Information Officer. He develops technology solutions related to the delivery of e-business. Sircar most recently was Chief Information Officer and a Senior Vice President at UDR.
Bell also named Stephen T. Morton as President of Bell Senior Living (BSL), the senior living division of the real estate investment and management company. Morton assumes operational direction of 28 senior living communities located in five Southeastern states. Morton previously was Co-Founder, President and COO of Southern Assisted Living in Chapel Hill, N.C.
