Intuit reported Dec. 1 that it had sold Intuit Real Estate Solutions to Vista Equity Partners for $128 million in cash. Vista Equity Partners is a leading private equity firm with more than $2.5 billion in committed equity capital, focused on investments in software and technology-enabled businesses.
Vista Equity Partners’ strategy is to partner with well-positioned companies with software products and related services and market dynamics.
