NAA’s Lauren Boston Wins Hermes Creative Awards

ARLINGTON, Va. / May 9, 2014 – NAA’s Lauren Boston, Staff Writer and Manager of Public Relations, earned five Hermes Creative Awards from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, an international organization consisting of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital media production and freelance professionals.

Boston received Honorable Mention for her blogs on APTly Spoken, as well as four awards for her writing in units Magazine: the Platinum Award for “Hoarding;” the Gold Award for “Homes Fit For Heroes,” and Honorable Mention for “A Few of Our Favorite Things” and “Gun Shy.”

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs in addition to emerging technologies. Winners range in size from individual communicators to media conglomerates and Fortune 500 companies. More than 5,500 entries were submitted for the 2014 competition, which was open to submissions produced between Jan. 1, 2012 and Dec. 31, 2013.
