While home prices have pulled out of their free-fall, a new MacArthur Foundation survey conducted by Hart Research Associates shows that the vast majority of Americans doubt the housing crisis is over. A whopping 70 percent of respondents believe the nation remains mired in a housing crisis, although that is down from 77 percent in 2013. Also, 19 percent of respondents believe the worst is yet to come - a level that was unchanged from a year earlier. Meanwhile, roughly one in four respondents agree that the housing crisis is "pretty much over," up from one in five last year.
