ARLINGTON, Va. / June 2, 2014 - NAA’s National Lease Program has been rebranded as NAA Click & Lease. Powered by Blue Moon Software, the program provides members with the most easy-to-use, cost effective and legally compliant leasing and operational forms in the multifamily housing industry.
The redesign was implemented to better position the brand for future growth, establish the program as the industry standard and highlight the program as a central product offering of NAA. The new logo conveys the program’s ease of use as an efficient, cost effective and credible resource for property managers.
“NAA Click & Lease continues to set the industry standard, and the new name more accurately reflects the product offering—a series of online leasing and operational forms for property managers,” said Scot Haislip, Esq., Assistant Vice President of the National Lease Program. “Though the leases are a key form, the program includes addendums and other legal documentation that are equally beneficial.”
“NAA Click & Lease grows exponentially each year, with a new National Lease printed every second,” added Doug Culkin, CAE, President & CEO of the National Apartment Association. “I’m pleased to introduce an updated look to match the program’s internal growth.”
NAA Click & Lease is the most accurate, standardized and widely used lease, with over 16,000 member communities participating. Continually reviewed by NAA’s attorney network to ensure the utmost compliance in each jurisdiction, the NAA lease is designed for success and proven effectiveness. The NAA Click & Lease program is easy to use, state-specific and customizable at the company and community level, with a lease available for both conventional and student housing properties. A military housing lease will be developed in the future.
