NAA Announces 2015 Maintenance Mania® National Championship Finalists

ARLINGTON, Va. / May 14, 2015 – NAA is pleased to present the finalists for the 2015 Maintenance Mania National Championship.

Maintenance Mania is a national program offered by NAA and presenting sponsor HD Supply, in which maintenance technicians compete against each other in various skill-based games. At the end of the competition year, NAA offers the top participant from each of the NAA regions, plus 10 wild card participants, the chance to compete in the national championship.

Following are the finalists who will compete for this year’s national championship title during the 2015 NAA Education Conference & Exposition on Friday, June 26, at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

Region 1: Tony Infussi and Jon Machado, Continental Realty Corporation, Maryland Multi-Housing Association. Greg Quercetti and Mike Shaffer, Westover Companies, Delaware Apartment Association. Jorge Blanco, Kettler Management, Apartment & Office Builders Association.

Region 2: Dave Berryman, The Kamson Corporation, New Jersey Apartment Association.

Region 3: David Garcia, Jose Torreblanca and Jose Morales, Van Rooy, Indiana Apartment Association.

Region 4: Chris Haney, Post Properties, Inc., Atlanta Apartment Association.

Region 5: Rob Mooney, Banner Properties, St. Louis Apartment Association.

Region 6: Angel Diaz, Milestone Management, Apartment Association of Tarrant County.

Region 7: Angel Munoz, CTL Management, Washington Multi-Family Housing Association.

Region 8: Lannon Quintana, Cardinal Group Management, Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Greg Diehl, Greystar Real Estate Partners, Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
