Apartment Residents More Likely to Say, 'See Ya!' Sooner

A new national opinion survey released by ORC International for Premier Property Management shows that single-family home tenants are 18 percent more likely than apartment residents to remain in their current living quarters five years or longer. The finding suggests that demand for single-family homes, the fastest-growing rental category, will be more stable than multifamily housing demand.
