Affiliate Reporting Information:
NAA policies and procedures ask each affiliate to submit a complete roster and a roster reporting form in order to remain in compliance with the NAA Bylaws. The roster and the roster reporting form are to be submitted twice a year, in October and April. Any revisions to the membership roster should be submitted each month.

NAA Membership Categories Please identify the company records as one of the following categories:
Associate Members - Members who provide products and services to the multifamily industry. These members are also known as supplier or vendor members.
Industry Members - Members who are either management companies, properties, owners or communities.
- Management Company - Members who manage and/or own properties. The total number of units within the affiliate's territory is reported to NAA, as well as the number of properties managed and/or owned.
- Owner - Members who have ownership in a residential rental unit(s) such as a condo, duplex, etc. The total number of units owned is reported to NAA. These members are typically referred to as “independent rental owners” or IROs.
- Property/Community - A property that joins the local association directly (not through the management company), as well as those communities which are managed by member management companies and maintain an on-site staff. All units should be reported to NAA.
