 Independent Rental Owners Committee (IROC) 

Designed specifically for owners of smaller numbers or apartment homes, this group arranges seminars and networking opportunities and provides members with hints and tips regarding onsite management, maintenance and more.

IROC Meetings

Most IROC meetings are educational, with a dash of social. The emphasis is on seminars geared to direct fast impact – and is short and sweet. Favorite subjects relate to improving profits. The social part tends to be networking and idea exchange. It is rare that a meeting that lasts more than a few hours. Members are direct and candid during these meetings, and IROC leadership is constantly challenged to provide brief, meaningful sessions.
