IROC Meetings
Most IROC meetings are educational, with a dash of social. The emphasis is on seminars geared to direct fast impact – and is short and sweet. Favorite subjects relate to improving profits. The social part tends to be networking and idea exchange. It is rare that a meeting that lasts more than a few hours. Members are direct and candid during these meetings, and IROC leadership is constantly challenged to provide brief, meaningful sessions.
