NAA’s Annual Survey of Income & Expenses provides apartment owners and managers with critical economic data which assists them in compiling and developing their budgets for the upcoming year. In the August 2008 compiled survey, a total of 3,691 properties representing 915,993 units were represented. The report presents data from garden as well as mid-rise/high-rise segmented by subsidized and market rent properties.
The results are reported on in the August edition of units Magazine and posted to the NAA Web site in October each year. Every participant is provided a CD with the final results of the survey and NAA keeps an inventory for sale in our NAA Store.
