HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING POLICIES:
The National Apartment Association has secured discounted hotel room rates at the hotels listed below.
We ask that you only make reservations for actual rooms that are needed. Any reservations being held without names will be released and returned to the general inventory on Friday, April 4, 2008. History shows that NAA has blocked enough rooms to hold all NAA attendees within the hotels, so if you only make reservations for the actual number of rooms needed, NAA should not have to add additional hotels.

**All reservations (individual or group) booked at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center will have a three (3) night minimum stay requirement and a two (2) night deposit. The deposit will be non-refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the first night of your reservation.
