The NAA Education Conference and Exposition is the largest trade show and conference in the apartment industry. The 2008 Conference will be held June 26-28 at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando, FL. The Education Conference & Exposition attracts large numbers of industry suppliers and more than 4,000 multifamily housing professionals seeking educational, business and networking opportunities.

NAA's Assembly of Delegates will take place November 13-15 at the Westin Galleria Dallas in Dallas, TX. The Assembly of Delegates is NAA’s largest business meeting of the year, where all NAA Committees and Task Forces meet and the new incoming volunteer leadership is installed. Registration for the Assembly of Delegates Meeting is complimentary for all attendees.

NAA's Legal Symposium will take place November 12-13 at the Westin Galleria Dallas in Dallas, TX. The Legal Symposium provides educational opportunities to apartment industry counsel overseeing property operations. Topics include legal compliance on accessibility, liquidated damages and the legality of various nonrefundable fees charged to tenants.

NAA's Student Housing Conference will take place in February 2009 (dates are TBD) in Dallas, TX. If you are considering, new to or currently involved in student housing management, this new conference has been developed for you and your employees. Education tracks include pre-development, pre-leasing, move-in/turn, operations & technology, legal issues...and much more.

NAA's Capitol Conference will take place March 7-11, 2009 at the Omni Shoreham in Washington, DC. Attendees will learn about the legislative issues that affect the apartment industry, network with industry professionals who are excited about issues important to the industry and meet with their representatives in Congress.
