Jose Torreblanca Wins the 2011 Maintenance Mania® National Championship!

2011 Maintenance Mania Winners

Jose Torreblanca of Van Rooy Properties and the Indiana Apartment Association, is the 2011 Maintenance Mania® National Champion, with a grand total time of 1:57.2. Enrique Alarcon, also of Van Rooy Properties and David Berryman of The Kamson Corporation (New Jersey Apartment Association) took second and third place with scores of 1:58.2 and 2:01.0, respectively.
