The NAAEI Leadership Lyceum is a year-long volunteer leadership development program that focuses on the essential elements of successful leaders. It is designed to identify, inform and empower new and emerging apartment association volunteer leaders.
The program content is delivered at three sessions, concurrent with NAA's three major annual conferences.

There are 30 candidates each year for Leadership Lyceum. Eighteen are appointed by NAA Regional Vice Presidents (RVP's). If you are interested in being a 2016 candidate, please contact your Region's RVP's to request their consideration.
In addition to the Regional appointments, there are six Fellowship seats. Anyone may nominate or self-nominate to be considered for these seats. Please see the brochure for more information about the Fellowship criteria. Applications must be submitted to NAAEI no later than November 30, 2015 and indicate the candidate group you would like to be considered for.
Your information will be forwarded to the NAAEI or NAA officers reasonable for selection of the Fellows.
All selected candidates are responsible for their meeting registrations and all travel expenses.
