NAAEI Leadership Experience: Powered by Dale Carnegie

Responding to the need for leadership training within the apartment industry, NAAEI has partnered with Dale Carnegie Training to deliver a world-class program called the NAAEI Leadership Experience.

Learn more about the program.

Alexandra Jackiw Leadership Scholarship for Minority Employees Working in the Apartment Industry

William Wollinger Leadership Scholarship for Veterans Working in the Apartment Industry

NAAEI Leadership Experience delivers results. Read the testimonials and feedback given from real people.

"Executives recognized that while most companies do a good job training onsite staff, when onsite staff are promoted to regional or corporate department positions, few companies have training programs that help turn that good manager into a successful leader who will inspire and motivate, rather than direct and dictate.

If you work in a regional position or as a corporate department head and would like to learn how to lead effectively across generations, delegate tasks to develop and train others and most importantly, find time to work on future business growth, The NAAEI Leadership Experience is an investment that will pay dividends. "

- Brad Williams, CPM
2014 NAA Chairman of the Board

NAAEI Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued.  If for any reason you cannot attend the course, you or your company may send someone in your place.  If you choose to drop the class and cannot replace your seat, you may receive a credit towards another Leadership Training course.
