Responding to the need for leadership training within the apartment industry, NAAEI has partnered with Dale Carnegie Training to design and deliver a world-class program called the NAAEI Leadership Experience.

In this two-day course, you will learn to:

Time Control to Work on Your Business
Coach for Performance - Disagree Agreeably
Before the program, participants take Profiles Performance Indicator assessment, the results of which help them focus on developing skills and changing behaviors. During the two-day course, participants commit to a project or action to improve a system or process that will lead to measurable ROI. Participants share their progress, by webinar, 60 days after the program concludes.

NAAEI Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued. If for any reason you cannot attend the course you registered for, your company may send someone in your place. If you choose to drop the class and cannot send a replacement, you may receive a credit for up to one year towards another Leadership Training course.
