The Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) program is an in-depth review of property management principles and techniques as used by the professional supervisor.
This course helps the professional make the connection between knowledge and on-the-job performance.
CAPS candidates must complete the following requirements to earn the CAPS credential. Candidates must complete the coursework and exam within 12 months of declaring candidacy.

The CAPS designation requires annual renewal. Submission of both annual CAPS dues of $100 and documentation of six hours of continuing education credit should be submitted to complete the annual CAPS renewal. Submission of continuing education is not required for the first renewal. Find online submission and renewal information.
