Yes! The whole CAM course is available online.
$815 for members and $915 for non-members. This cost includes the whole CAM online program, including the Research, Analysis and Evaluation module and the first exam. If you do not pass the exam on the first try, you make retake one part of the exam for an $80 fee or both parts for a $100 fee.
No, the whole program, including all of the instructional materials, is delivered through an online portal.
The online CAM course is taught in 4 modules, plus the Research, Analysis and Evaluation module. The 4 online modules (110, 112, 114, and 116) are equivalent to the following 8 CAM Modules: Management of Residential Issues, Legal Responsibilities, Human Resource Management, Fair Housing, Marketing, Property Maintenance for Managers, Risk Management, and Financial Management.
You must complete the course within 1 year of your enrollment date. After that time, you will no longer have access to the CAM Online portal. For extension information, please contact NAAEI.
Candidates who are unable to complete the CAM designation course within their cadidacy period may extend this period by six months for a fee of $50 per year they are expired. All extension requests bust be resolved within two years of the end of the candidacy. Candidates are limited to a maximum of two extensions. To complete the CAM Online Course, you must take all four modules and the Research, Analysis and Evaluation and pass the two-part CAM Exam.
Yes! You may purchase the CAM Online course one module at a time by accessing the NAA store, and click on NAAEI Online Education. The cost for the topical modules is $205 for members and $230 for non-members, and the Research, Analysis and Evaluation module is $50. You are required to complete all 4 topical modules, the two-part, proctored exam, and the Research, Analysis and Evaluation module in order to obtain the CAM Designation.
Enrolling in CAM Online is the same as enrolling in CAM with an affiliate association; the only difference is that you will select “YY- NAAEI Online Program (CAM and NALP only)” as your sponsor, instead of a local apartment association.

Two business days after we have received your payment, please continue to the Rio Salado Account Verification page to activate your account. Once your account is active, you may log in to access your account at Rio Salado.
If you need to cancel your online course, you may only do so within seven days from the date of payment. Refund requests must be made in writing to Lesley Packel. You will receive a refund of the purchase price less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the request, and in the same form as payment was received. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after 7 days from the purchase date.

You may retake one part of the exam for an $80 fee and both parts for a $100 fee. This fee is paid with a credit card online at the time you retake the exam. There is a seven day waiting period between testing times.
Part One of the CAM exam is 100 questions; timed for two hours. Part Two is 75 scenario-based questions; timed for two hours.
