Lake Forest, Calif., April 20, 2010-Allen Properties, a multi-family, medium-size property management company in Southern California, will be planting trees, and passing out energy efficient light bulbs to all residents in the communities they manage across Sothern California to celebrate Earth Day on Thursday April 22.
Allen Properties, who manages 2,700 units throughout the Inland Empire, Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego counties will be planting 30 trees at select communities in their portfolio and giving away 709 energy efficient light bulbs to residents. The light bulbs will save residents across their properties $6,381 per year, and will eliminate 109,186 pounds of carbon dioxide emissions.
