 Storm Water - NAA/NMHC Comments on EPA Runoff Rule 

 
NAA/NMHC 

EPA has proposed a new rule that contains three options for addressing the "pollutants" in construction site storm water runoff. NAA/NMHC has surveyed its membership to assess how each of EPA's three options would affect multi-family property interests. Based on the responses to this request for information, NAA/NMHC is concerned that EPA has failed to properly assess the cost associated with current compliance activities and is understimating the costs of the new rule.
