Clean Water Act/Ground Water/Wetlands - NAA/NMHC Comments to EPA on Nonpoint Source Pollution  

This voluntary and non-binding document “provides guidance to states, territories, authorized tribes, and the public regarding management measures that may be used to reduce nonpoint source pollution from urban activities.” The management measures include technical information on all phases of runoff management, from predevelopment watershed planning and site design, through the construction phase of development, to the long-term operation and maintenance of structural site specific controls.
