The purpose of these guidelines is to assist property owners and managers in establishing procedures for addressing mold. This prototype Operations & Maintenance (O&M) plan covers: (1) prevention through routine maintenance; (2) remediation and clean-up procedures; (3) effective communication with residents; (4) and maintenance of appropriate documentation.
